Dev is a Business Coach that runs the “The Process Hacker” blog and consulting business to help small business owners scale and increase profits by streamlining and optimizing their operations and project management through simple, proven, and practical tools. Also, Dev is currently an MBA student at Carnegie Mellon University, where he focuses on entrepreneurship, finance, and marketing. Before the MBA, Dev was an active-duty Naval Officer, serving in various roles as a Congressional liaison, nuclear engineer, and project manager.
