This small group session will look at 3 techniques for you to better manage stress before and during high-pressure situations like Interviews and Presentations. 
- A breathing exercise
- A 3 steps centering practice
- A visualization exercise followed by individual reflection

Coach Julia is certified in Physical Intelligence coaching. These techniques can be used before and partially during interviews and presentations.
